MRT Building Services of Rochdale have successfully completed two decontamination rooms and Surgeries for Oasis Dental in Sleaford Lincolnshire. The project was delivered in a live environment over a three week period. Our dental fitout division have completed four decontamination rooms for various dental practices across the UK over the last two months. The company is gaining a reputation as being one of the more experienced building companies in the dental market.

Bruntwood 2nd Floor complete

Rochdale Building company MRT have just completed the refurbishment and alterations of Bruntwoods 2^nd floor offices at Exchange Keys in Liverpool. The works comprised of strip out works new portioning, structural alterations, electrical, decoration and flooring the project was completed in three weeks on time and within budget.

2 New Bruntwood Projects Completed In Liverpool

Rochdale builders MRT have recently completed two projects in Liverpool for the Commercial landlords Bruntwood the first one was the refurbishment of the 1^st floor toilets at Oriel Chambers the works were completed in two weeks the second was the refurbishment of the 9^th floor offices which included glazed partitions, electrical, flooring and decoration works. The project was completed in three weeks.

Rochdale’s MRT are currently pricing two office fit out schemes for Bruntwood in Liverpool.

Re-roofing Project For Frederic Robinsons, Stockport

MRT Completes Dental Surgery on the Isle of Wight

The practice were very pleased with the standard of the work and the minimum disruption caused during the project.

HTM-01-05 compliant sterilisation room – Peter Watsons Dental Practice

MRT have successfully completed a project to alter an existing room into a fully HTM-01-05 compliant sterilisation room, the work was undertaken at Peter Watsons Dental Practice, St John’s Street Manchester the work comprised of new flooring, decoration, joinery and cabinetry. MRT undertake four projects a month to develop new sterilisation rooms in dental surgeries with approximately 60% of the companies turnover now coming from Dental projects.
